Michael Prugh started in the motorcycle industry 5 years ago and has become an industry leader in both his product designs and his bike building abilities.  His new company Prugh Design, was started in 2006 and is just the place for his industry changing style to flourish.  Known for his stylistic, clean flowing lines and his technical engineering, Michael received two 2nd place awards in the American Motorcycle Dealers World Championships in 2004 and 2005.  Prugh’s keen sense of artistry and multiple engineering degrees enable him to start with the conceptual design and follow it all the way through to the final stages of production and assembly.  Because of these traits,  he was honored with Frame Designer of the Year in 2006 by V-Twin Magazine.  Prugh also designed a feature bike for the Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-Off in 2006.  Recognized not only in the motorcycle industry through television and print, but is known for his involvement in various automotive road race series as well.  Prugh was a Race Engineer on C5 Corvettes and GT3R Porches for the Speed Channel World Challenge Series, a race mechanic for Vintage Race Cars, American to British, and also the Continental and Atlantic Series of Open Wheel Racing.   His passion and fascination with mechanical machines, of all forms is what keeps him progressing to the next level of design.
